£45/hr · 1 hour minimum · plus a callout fee from £10 depending on location.
Some jobs need someone in the room — installing hardware, running cables, fitting CCTV or fixing things that the broadband router itself is doing. I cover the local area and most surrounding towns; ask if you're not sure.
Setup & installation
- New PC, laptop, tablet or printer set up and connected
- Router, mesh Wi-Fi and network cabling install
- Office moves and full desk setup
- CCTV installation (see CCTV)
Diagnosis & repair
- Hardware fault-finding and repair
- Slow, crashing or misbehaving computers
- Data transfer from old to new device
- Anything that's just easier in person
Callout fee
The callout fee starts at £10 and increases with distance from my base. I'll always confirm it before booking, so there are no surprises.
Prices cover labour only. Hardware, cables and any third-party costs are billed at cost.
