And why are my rates low to begin with? Not the standard of the work. I've spent over 10 years in IT and do it full-time as an IT Service Manager — JGM Tech Support is my evenings-and-weekends practice, so there's no office and no call centre to pay for, just my time. I'm only just starting out locally too, so I'm keeping rates down while I build up a reputation and a few honest reviews.

No. There's no callout fee anywhere I cover — Uttoxeter, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Stafford and the towns around them. The on-site rate already covers my travel. Further afield, just ask.

Billed at cost on top of labour, with no markup. You'll see exactly what was paid for any parts, domains or licences.
